Return and Refund Policy
Customers are able to return non-damaged goods, please note that the customer is liable for associated postage cost of the return. EthnicMixx must be notified of such returns within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods for the return to be valid. The customers refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. To start the returns process, please contact EthnicMixx through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you and this is one of the reason we use the best postal service in the country howbeit at a premium rate to us. However, if goods are damaged in transit or compromised in quality, EthnicMixx will provide the affected customer with a refund. To start the refund process, please send us a picture showing the damage through email on email@example.com and we will get the refund processed within 5 working days of receipt of the images showing the damage. Refunds will only be respected and processed if we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the damaged goods.
